A Message from The Williams Firm

 Recent disturbing events have, rightfully, shaken the public’s faith in our legal system. While any words feel hollow and insufficient during these times, we feel it is necessary to speak about those events. Duringthese painful times, we are reminded of the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: 

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. 

As legal professionals, it is our moral and professional obligation to support and promote justice for everyone. We condemn racism and hatred in all forms. Our firm stands in support of those who demand fairness, peace, and justice.  

Genesee County is not just the home to our firm, but also home to many of our firm’s professionals. We are personally and professionally committed to the well-being of our community. For over 40 years, firmmembers have supported efforts to provide justice and legal equality for all people. We will continue to support these efforts and devote resources to organizations that work to stamp out the ugly vestiges of racism and bigotry in our community and the nation.  

We look forward to continuing to serve our community, and in contributing to positive change however and whenever we are needed. Our community deserves a legal system that is fair and equitable to everyone.
